While observing the whole system thoroughly, I do feel, there is no need of Judiciary in this system, at least the present state of judiciary, which never work for the free, fair and quick justice to the millions of people, institutions and even state. For the redressal of all kind of disputes, the mutual reconciliation and its then and there disposal is the best way to get justice and enable the system to work in most efficient and smooth manner.
It is only for the fulfillment of ''separation of power'' principle of democracy and concept of constitutional validity, judiciary is required. The constitutional bench is always needed.
The yesterday's decision of Supreme court shows their frustration over the absence of earlier unbridled status, which they had got before the institution of NJC. The most pathetic point is that what would of supremacy of Legislature, that will be only in theory?
In actual terms, the executive plays all the shots. But barring judiciary everyone comes under fourth estate scrutiny, but this third estate JUDICIARY even don't want to listen its genuine criticism and always show its weapon of anti defamation.
