यह तो  हमेशा  रहा है कि जब भी कोई उगता सूरज दिखा या किसी का  किसी भी तरह उभार हुआ तो ना केवल जनता बल्कि मीडिया और हमारे विश्लेषक भी बिना उसका दीर्घकालीन अवलोकन किये उसकी खूब जयकार करते रहे  है \ ऐसे में आप पार्टी का भी जो  हर जगह  जयघोष चल रहा है वह कोई असामान्य परिघटना नहीं है \ हलाकि  इस पार्टी की  झपट्टामार शैली  और आम आदमी के प्रति कई प्रतीकात्मक पोस्चरिंग के वावजूद इसकी राजनितिक पहल स्वागत योग्य है क्योकि इस पार्टी ने उन सभी पारमपरिक राजनितिक दलो कि लीक पर चलने वाली राजनितिक शैली का पर्दाफाश किया है और उन्हें यह सोचने के  किया है कि राजनीती में पढ़े लिखे बौद्धिक परिवर्तनकारी लोगो के लिए भी स्थान है / मै आप पार्टी में अभी भी कई आइडोलॉजिकल खामिया दिखता हु साथ ही  उनमे व्यस्था परिवर्तन को लेकर  व्यापक और एक परिपक्व एजेंडा का आभाव देखता हु / परन्तु इन्होने अपनी तवरित और कठोर मिहनत से जो एक अल्टरनेटिव पॉलिटिक्स का संगठन खरा किया उसकी जितनी भी तारीफ के जाये वह कम है / क्योकि बदलाव के लिए  कितना भी क्रन्तिकारी बौद्धिक पहल आज तक किया गया वह अभी तक जमीं पर उतरना बेहद दुरूह रहा है / मै स्वं य यह पहल पिछले  लोकसभा चुनाव में बलमीकीनगर में कर विफल हो चूका हु / परन्तु आप पार्टी जल्दी में सफलता प्रप्त भले कर चुकी हो परन्तु उन्हें व्यक्तियो के बजाय वयस्था पर चोट करनी चाहिए /

The result of five state legislative elections have galvanize the discourse of Indian politics in a big way

First the consistent third term winning of chief ministers of Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh shows the significance of personalities of Shivraj Chauhan and Raman Singh, how they delivered in their respective states. Particularly I am very much impressed with Shivraj Chauhan, who is such a so humble, down to earth person who is always pro active for his state’s cause and it’s concern, that is why he got consistent third term win in his state. The hard fought victory of Raman Singh in Chattisgarh shows, his game changer PDS scheme was actually not a populist scheme rather was symbolism of his sensitivity towards the tribal poor of the state, otherwise Congress party could have allure people of Chhattisgarh by announcing 1/ kg rice to poor.

The victory of BJP in Rajasthan is unbelievable, one who talks about Modi wave; it was in fact visible in Rajsthan which brought a record BJP victory in Rajsthan.

Now we come on the Delhi, the benefit of anti congress wave in Delhi which must have gone in the hands of main opposition party BJP, it was grabbed by newly entrant party AAP.  The late announcement of leadership in Delhi BJP and persistent corruption in BJP led MCD, enabled AAP to emerge in a big way and the result came in form of hung assembly in Delhi.

But the victory of AAP has definitely paved the way for neo polity in the country, a new trend of polity. This party has given new dreams to those who can never get political opportunity from party like congress and BJP. But one who says the emergence of AAP would be guarantee of corruption free country, they are living in fool’s paradise and dreaming in day. Change of individuals or even party never brings change in the system. We need change in the system, through multiple reforms and constitutional remedies. We need series of political reform, banning all kind of identity politics and populist economic announcements. After all AAP was also involved in donation race. It also made communal appeal to the minority voters and made populist announcement at the cost of public exchequer. It is also true that if they have had not done, they do not have such numbers of seats and we were not compelled to discuss about their huge success.

But , mind it what happened to AAP, it has not happened first time. In 1982, NT Rama Rao came in Andhra politics in a dramatic manner, in 1985 AGP also emerged out of  it’s agitation in Asam and became ruling party of the state, Janta party emerged in 1977 but these all events were reversed very soon.  It is not the AAP leader, but in all party and political ideology, people start their career in very high note, but latter on they just joined the system. Because system is same and everything is correlated with each other.

But if AAP have had done a strong ideological churning and have had made broad blueprint of an alternative system of the country, before joining the electoral politics, they would have a much better political initiative. Otherwise we can not claim to be honest after living in a black house. We need to create a system, where nobody can get stimulus of becoming greedy and immoral. System will compel them to be moral and honest.

Our country earnestly  need 2 dozen political and administrative reform. Country has witnessed very good thing like new economic policy, RTI, application of IT and now it need multiple reform to effectively curb all kind of corruption. Excuse me Lokpal is not going to curb corruption, in the same way RTI could not. We need comprehensive and holistic approach to curb corruption.

पाच राज्यो के चुनाव परिणामो के बाद तमाम पब्लिक मंचो और मीडिया की तरफ से हो रहे विश्लेषण से यही आभासित होता है कि लोगो को दरअसल जो जीता वही सिकंदर और सफलता से बड़ा पैमाना नहीं को कोई और सैद्धांतिक परिकल्पना काट नहीं सकती 
परन्तु इन चुनावो से भारतीय लोकतंत्र ने जो सबसे बड़ा मील का हासिल किया वह है चुनाव में वोटकास्टिंग का बढ़ना / धन्य हो मीडिया कैंपेन का , कॉर्पोरेट समूहो की पहल का और समाज के सेलिब्रिटीज के पहल की जिसकी बदौलत लोग ने मतदान में ज्यादा उत्साह से भाग लिया
यह बात तो पहले से साफ था कि इस चुनाव में भारत के पुख्य् विपक्षी दल के प्रधानमंत्री के घोषित प्रत्याशी नरेंद्र मोदी और आप पार्टी के अरविन्द केज़रीवाल सभी लोगो का ध्यान आकर्षित कर चुके थे
बात करे तो चुनाव परिणामो की तो राजनीति के सिद्धांत, आदर्श , नैतिकता, व्यक्तितव और विनम्रता इन सभी कसौटियों पर मुझे जिस वयक्ति ने बहुत पहले से प्रभावित किया तो शिवराज चौहान ने/ मुझे लगता है कि वह वयक्ति निहायत विनम्र प्रोएक्टिव और अपने प्रदेश के गवर्नेंस और विकास पर सबसे ज्यादा फोकस रहे, इसका उन्हें रिजल्ट मिला जिसे उनके विरोधियो के विखराव कि स्थिति ने काम और आसान कर दिया
रमन सिंह ने यह मुकाबला बड़े कठिन संघर्ष कर जीता और यह साबित किया कि उनकी pds स्कीम कोई लोकलुभावन घोषणा नहीं बल्कि प्रदेश के आदिवासी गरीब के प्रति उनकी घोर संवेदनशीलता की प्रतीक थी / यही वजह है कि कांग्रेस की एक रुपये चावल देने कि चुनावी घोषणा भी उसे नहीं जितवा पायी/ शिवराज और रमन की जीत में उनके अपने वयक्तित्वओ का बड़ा योगदान है / यहाँ नरेंद्र मोदी का असर और परिणाम आंशक ही मान जा सकता है
राजस्थान में भाजपा को जित मिली वह अविष्वसनिय रही / राजस्थान के इतिहास में इतनी भरी जित आजतक किसी पार्टी को नहीं मिली / अशोक गेहलोत की कई बेहतर सामाजिक योजनाए भी उन्हें पहले से ही अलोकप्रिय बना चुकी थी/ परन्तु इतनी बड़ी जित में नरेंद्र मोदी कि लहर और असर निश्चित रूप से दिखी
अब अंत में दिल्ली में कांग्रेस के खिलाफ रोष का फायदा भाजपा को मिलता पर उसका बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा नवगठित पार्टी आप ने ले लिया / एक तो भाजपा में बेहतर नेतृतव की घोषणा में हुई देरी और उनके शाषित एमसीडी में चल रहे भ्रष्टाचार से आप को बेहतरीन मौका प्रदान कर दिया
पर सबसे महत्वपूर्ण आप की सफलता पर देश भर में हो रही चर्चा जो देश की राजनीती में एक नया ट्रेंड स्थापित करेगी / आप पार्टी ने जिस तरह से एक साल के अंदर पार्टी का संगठन खड़ा किया और चुनावी तैयारिया कर भ्रस्ताचार के खिलाफ जनता में माहौल पैदा किया वह कार्य असाधारण है /
पर वो लोग जो यह समझते है कि आप जैसे पार्टी का आगमन देश के भ्रस्टाचार मुक्त होने का प्रतिक है, वह मुगालते में है / पार्टी और व्यक्तियों के बदलने से वयस्था कभी नहीं बदली है / आप की तरह प्रायः सभी पार्टी और उसकी विचारधारा के प्रति समर्पित लोग शुरू में बड़े जज्बे, आदर्श के साथ काम शुरू करते और फिर ज्वाइन दी सिस्टम को फॉलो करने लगते है / आप के तरह उलटफेर पहले १९८२ में एन टी राम्रो ने आंध्र में किया , अगप ने १९८५ में असम कि सत्ता हासिल की पर यह सभी बाद में बेहद विफल हुए
आप पार्टी यदि चुनावी राजनीती के पहले घोर वैचारिक मंथन कर देश की तमाम वयस्था के विकल्प का ब्लूप्रिंट तैयार कर चुनावी राजनीती में आती तो देश में वयस्था परिवर्तन के महा कम को अंजाम देती / अपने विरोधियो को गाली कर राजनितिक रूप से वे सफल भले हो सकते है, आंदोलन कर अपनी नेतागिरी का कैरियर जरूर स्थापित कर सकते है / पर बिना वैचारिक और आदर्शवादी मंथन के आप देश कि वयस्था को कभी नहीं बदल सकते/ काजल कि कोठरी में रहकर को वयक्ति यह कहे कि हमें कालिख नहीं लग सकती और हैम नैतिक है बेकार कि बात है / हमें तो वयस्था ऐसी बनानी होगी जिसमे किसी वयक्ति को वेइमान, अनैतिक और लालची होने का अवसर ही नहीं प्राप्त होगा
बिना २ दर्जन बड़े राजनितिक, आर्थिक, प्रशाशनिक सुधारो और संविधान में आईडेन्टी पॉलिटिक्स और पोपुलिस्ट घोषणा को समाप्त किये हैम परिवर्तन की बुनियाद नहीं ढ़ाल सकते
आप पार्टी ने भी और राजनितिक दलों की तरह जमकर चंदे बटोरे, उन्हें नहीं मालूम कि चुनावी चंदे से ही तो राजनितिक भ्रष्टाचार को आगाज मिलता है / उन्होंने भी वोट के लिए कम्युनल अपीले की और खजाना खोलने वाले लोकलुभावन घोषणाएं की / पर यह भी सही है यदि वे यह सब नहीं करते तो उन्हें वैसी सफलताये नहीं मिलती और हैम सब उनकी चर्चा करने के लिए बाद्य नहीं होते /
पर यह जरूर है उन्होंने अन्य बड़ी पार्टियो की तुलना में ज्यादा बेहतरी दिखाए और सबसे बड़ी इन्होने समाज के वैसे लोगो को राजनीती में आने के सपने को साकार किया जिन्हे कांग्रेस और भाजपा जैसे पार्टियो के जरिये कभी अवसर नहीं मिल सकता था, इस तरह से इन्होने फि ल इन दी ब्लैंक्स पूरा किया है /
कुल मिलकर देश के लिए मेसेज यही है कि RTI नयी आर्थिक नीति और आईटी के डेवलपमेंट के बाद देश में बड़े राजनितिक और प्रशासनिक सुधारो को अंजाम दिया जाये और आईडेन्टी पॉलिटिक्स और लोकल्याण के बजाये लोकलुभावन घोषणाओ पर सदा के लिए अंकुश लगाया जाये और भ्रटाचार के लिए पैकेज ऑफ़ रिफार्म लाया जाये, माफ़ कीजिये लोकपाल से भ्रष्टाचार के रोकथाम की गारंटी नहीं होगी ठीक उसी तरह से जैसे rti से भ्रस्टाचार रोकथाम की गारंटी नहीं हो पायी /

Disappointment from AAP

I Think for the AAP party, This election was more important to watch what kind of ideal initiatives they take for the change in system and in order to that what kind of initiative they take primarily in case to election reform. But what i feel they first joined in the race of collecting election fund in huge way. because corruption starts very from election donation, because everybody want return of it.
Second AAP made communal appeal for getting the vote of minority and third they made great amount of populism in terms of 50 percent waiver of electricity charge and providing free 700 liter drinking water to every family. it means freebies. if they had told that their reform process would bring drastic cut in the cost of governance, then it would have any meaning of reform.
so i think at least this is great disappointment in terms of ideal initiatives expected from AAP
