Serious over black money, but non serious over corruption
On the one side Arun Jaitley is serious over tracking of black money, on the other-side giving clean chit to his bureaucracy over corruption. Black money is what? it is the final outcome of money made from corruption, that is why it becomes unaccounted money and form itself as black money, whether stored in domestic places or exported to the foreign land. Arun Jaitley even wants to change the country's alone anti graft Act, anti corruption act 1988 for the sake of his beloved bureaucrats. He says it is against d 'free market' concept.
He must first know this fact, not all bureaucracy, but sizable number of bureaucracy even do not deliver work in the offices. we have around 150 holidays in a year. The daily disposal of work is not hardly more than 6 hrs. and they serve the people by sending people from one table to another table. That's it. The first and foremost question is that, what is being spend over bureaucracy's salary, office amenities, pension, DA etc out of public money,do they repay it through their productivity in terms of both social and commercial output. Additionally they commit corruption in various ways.
Jaitley must think that this well off section enjoy two days lay off period in a week, whereas a poor laborer has to even work on Sunday to earn his bread
The volume of corruption is roughly estimated over 22 thousand crore every year. Jaitley should rather bring a new and comprehensive act over graft rather than giving clean chit to the bureaucrats.
