आजकल सोशल मीडिया में नेहरू पर बड़ी वाहियात टिप्पणियाँ की जा रही है जो बेहद अफसोसनाक है। नेहरू के बारे बे जो परसेप्शन दिया जा रहा है वह तथ्यगत तौर पर गलत है। नेहरू एक विराट व्यक्तित्व थे जिसमे विद्वता , दर्शन , दार्शनिकता, भावुकता ,आदर्शवाद और मानवत्ववाद तथा समकालीन आधुनिकतावाद का दुर्लभ समागम था। यह ठीक है की वह पश्चिमी ज्ञान विज्ञानं शैली से ही सही पर प्राचीन गौरवशाली भारत को एक महान आधुनिक राष्ट्र बनाना चाहते थे , जो अपने आप में कोई गलत दृष्टिकोण नहीं था। मुझे लगता है नेहरू को तीन बातो के लिए अपयश का भागी होना पड़ा। पहला की वह कांग्रेस के तमाम कद्दावर नेताओं सहित भारत के विभाजन को नहीं रोक पाये तथा देश का सांप्रदायिक आधार पर विभाजन हो गया। दूसरा नेहरू के बाद उनके खानदान का कांग्रेस और जाहिर तौर पर देश की सत्ता पर काबिज हो जाना और तीसरा अभी अभी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की रहस्यमय मृत्यु और उसके बाद उनके परिवार की जासूसी में नेहरू की भूमिका को लेकर उठ रहे सवाल। अगर इन तीनो बिन्दुओ पर गौर करे तो देश के विभाजन में नेहरू ही नहीं पूरी कांग्रेस पार्टी पर दोष मढ़ना चाहिए जिसके एक अहम नेता होने के नाते नेहरू पर जिम्मेवारी बनती है पर नेहरू इसके खलनायक भी नहीं कहे जा सकते। दूसरा मामला नेहरू के अपयशी होने को लेकर सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु है। अभी अभी टाइम्स अख़बार में नेहरूजी की भांजी नयनतारा सहगल का इंटरव्यू आया था । विजयलक्ष्मी पंडित की बेटी नयनतारा कहती है की नेहरूजी ने कभी भी जाने और अनजाने अपनी बेटी इंदिरा को प्रोजेक्ट करने की पहल नहीं की। नयनतारा खुद कहती है की वह स्वयं वंशवादी राजनीती की घोर विरोधी है। यह कांग्रेस को सोचना चाहिए की वह नेहरू गांधी परिवार के वारिस के बगैर क्यों नहीं अपने को ढालती। कांग्रेस का नेहरू गांधी वंश के नेतृत्व में चलना दुर्भाग्यजनक है पर इसके लिए जवाहरलाल को दोष देना अनुचित है। तीसरे मामले पर मैं अपने फिंगर क्रॉस करना चाहूंगा। अगर नेहरू सचमुच सुभास के रहस्यमय मौत के षड़यंत्र या उनके परिवार की जासूसी में किसी भूमिका में पाया जाना सिद्ध होता है वह घोर अपयश के जरूर भागी होने चाहिए। परन्तु इसके इतर नेहरू देश के एक वैसे विलक्षण व्यक्तित्व के स्वामी थे जिसके आगे विपक्ष के स्तम्भ जेपी और लोहिया भी दिल से नतमस्तक रहते थे।

नमो मंत्रिमंडल में मुझे नितिन गडकरी फेंकूबाज मंत्रियों की सूची में नंबर एक लगते है। हालाँकि गडकरी पर मोदी अरुण जेटली की तरह मेहरबान नहीं है अतः उन्हें अपने मंत्रालय का कार्य फूक फूँककर ही करना पड़ता होगा आखिर मोदीजी की दृष्टि उनपर कब सु से कु में बदल जाये। बहरहाल गडकरी जितना काम नहीं करते उससे ज्यादा उसकी पब्लिसिटी कर देते है। योजना को अमल में लाने से पहले उसका एलान एडवांस में ही कर देते हैं। गडकरी जी कई चैनलों पर इंटरव्यू देते दिखाई देते है। सबसे पहले राजमार्गो पर दुर्घटना रोकथाम को लेकर उनका कोई संवेदनशील ड्राफ्ट अभी तैयार नहीं हुआ। देश के सभी परिवहन कार्यालयों को भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त करने की उनकी मुहिम सिर्फ घोषणाबाजी ही रह गयी। पहले उनके द्वारा यह कहा गया था की टोल प्रथा खत्म की जाएगी और वाहन की खरीद के वक्त ही उसपर भारी शुल्क लगाकर सड़क निर्माण का फण्ड तैयार किया जायेगा। पर टोल वसूली की वह रंगदारी प्रथा खत्म तो नहीं हुई। बल्कि कोट के क्षतिग्रस्त और unmainatined राजमार्गो पर टोल वसूली नहीं किये जाने के निर्देश के बावजूद भी वहाँ सरेआम टोल वसूली हो रही है। अब तो गडकरी निर्लज्ज होकर यह कह रहे है की टोल बंद नहीं होगा बल्कि कई और मार्गो पर लगाया जायेगा।
आधारभूत सुविधाओं पर सरकार द्वारा यूजर चार्ज लेना गलत नीति नहीं है पर वह नीतिसम्मत तो हो. आखिर गडकरी जी देश में राजमार्गो के निर्माण और संचालन के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय टोल नीति क्यों नहीं लाते जिससे वाहनो पर वाजिब शुल्क लगे और राजमार्गो के रखरखाव को लेकर कोई कोताही भी न बरती जाये। अभी टोल चार्जेज की आरोपित मात्रा बेहद ज्यादा है। क्या यह टोल ठेकेदारो द्वारा मनमाने तरीके से लूटा जा रहा है या कोई इसका नियामक प्राधिकरण भी होगा। बताया जाता है की एक ट्रकर्स को यूपी की एक सीमा से दूसरी सीमा पार करने में दस हज़ार की रिश्वत खरचनी पड़ती है। क्या गडकरी जी इसे खत्म कर पाएंगे या इसको लेकर कोई प्रभावी पहल भी दर्शा पाएंगे! अगर वह ऐसा नहीं कर पाते है तो फिर काहे की है यह govt with difference मोदी सरकार।

सुभाष के बाद अब शास्त्री जी की भी मौत पर से रहस्य का पर्दा उठाने की मांग शुरू हो गयी है। लगता है की सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की हत्या को लेकर नेहरूजी पर और शास्त्री जी की मौत को लेकर इंदिरा गांधी पर होने वाले संदेह से जो देश में आम पब्लिक परसेप्शन बना था चाहे वह संदेह के बुनियाद पर ही क्यों न हो उसकी सत्यता का पता लगाने का यह समयोचित वक्त है। पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार द्वारा सुभाष चन्द्र बोस से जुडी राज्य सरकार की करीब 150 फाइलों को अवर्गीकृत किये जाने के बाद किसी और ने नहीं बल्कि शास्त्री जी के बीजेपी पुत्र सुनील शास्त्री ने नहीं बल्कि कांग्रेसी पुत्र अनिल शास्त्री ने अपने पिता के हत्या होने का अंदेशा जताया है । मजे के बात ये है की दोनों मौत पर शक की सुई रूस के विगत के वामपंथी हुकूमत की तरफ जा रही है। इसी रूस के बोल्शेविक क्रांति ने नेहरू को प्रभावित किया और इंदिरा जी ने तो 1969 में रूस के वामपंथी हुकूमत के साथ ऐतिहासिक दोस्ती का दीर्घकालीन समझौता कर रूस के गुट में भारत को शामिल किया था.
अब बारी केंद्र सरकार की है की वह आज़ादी के एक बेहद लोकप्रिय सेनानी सुभास की मौत से जुड़े अपनी तमाम फाइलों को पब्लिक करें तथा साथ ही देश के सबसे लोकप्रिय प्रधानमंत्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री की मौत पर से रहस्य का पर्दा उठाये।
वैसे सवाल ये है की शास्त्री जी के मौत के करीब 50 साल बाद उनके बेटों को अपने पिता की मौत पर संदेह क्यों हुआ। क्या अभी तक उन्होंने कांग्रेस के सत्ता के बंशवादी प्रबंधन से समझौता कर अपने को चुप कर लिया था। ऐसे एक नहीं अनेक मिसाले है. वैसे दीनदयाल उपाध्याय की हत्या को लेकर भी इस तरह के संदेह अटलविहारी वाजपेयी पर भी किया गया था। पर हमारा मानना है की कुछ भी हो असत्य का नहीं सत्य का रहस्योद्घाटन होना चाहिए।

We have total around 228 sovereign countries in the world, out of which there are hardly 100 countries where our PM aspires to travel around, but within country we have 6 lakh villages, 4000 municipal towns. But no only present PM Modi, but all his predecessors never liked to visit them and look after them. Most of the PM went hardly to the Metros or state capitals or some inaugural places in the country.
But if Modi says that he is a politician and PM of difference, he must more focus over all those clusters of the country, where the scenario of governance is very poor. Second option is to revive and redraft the whole governing system, which no politician likes to do, because it does not give them individual popularity, which is very necessary in multi party competitive and electoral politics

PM claims that his hectic tour of foreign nation is meant for attracting more and more FDI, but there is no any significant data which can prove this fact that country is witnessing any sort of huge influx in its FDI this year

बिहार के इस दो ध्रुवीय राजनीतिक दंगल में मुकाबला काटे का चल रहा है। गावों में नीतीश और जनता परिवार के लिए मतदाता मन बनाये हुए है जबकि शहरो में बीजेपी को बढ़त प्राप्त है। सामाजिक आधार पर जहा ऊँची जातियां , वैश्य वर्ग और कुछ पिछड़ी जातियां बीजेपी के साथ है वही शत प्रतिशत मुस्लिम, तीन चौथाई यादव और कुछ पिछड़ी जातियां जनता परिवार के साथ है। इस चुनाव का x फैक्टर दलित जातियों के मत्थे है। यह समझना भूल होगी की जीतन राम मांझी समूचे दलित वोटर्स को NDA के पक्ष में करने में कामयाब होंगे।हाँ पासवान जाती पर सदा की भांति रामविलास का बर्चस्व जरूर है , पर बाकी वोटर्स पर न तो मांझी और ना ही पासवान का बर्चस्व है। मांझी ज्यादा से ज्यादा मगध क्षेत्र के मुसहर दलित वोटर्स को अपने पक्ष में जरूर कर सकते है। पर दलित वर्ग का बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा नितीश से अनुप्राणित महसूस करता है। इस चुनाव में नितीश खुद एक मुद्दा है। अगर वह अपने नाम की लहर को राज्यव्यापी तरीके से फैलाने में कामयाब होते है तो चुनाव जितने में कामयाब हो जायेंगे। चुनाव सर्वेक्षण में भी नितीश की लोकप्रियता को मोदी द्वय पर बढ़त प्राप्त है. NDA को इस चुनाव में नितीश पर तेज हमले से बचना चाहिए , वह ज्यादा से ज्यादा नितीश के राजनितिक धोख़े को मुद्दा बनाये न की उनकी प्रशासनिक विफलता को। नितीश केज़रीवाल की तरह ड्रामेबाज नहीं है, वह सुशासन की लाइन पर चलने वाले शख्श है अतः NDA को दिल्ली की तर्ज़ पर केज़री जैसे हमले से बचना चाहिए। महंगाई जैसे मुद्दे पर नमो की चुप्पी बीजेपी के लिए नुकसानदेह होगा। जबकि सच बात यह है की मोदी के कार्यकाल में मुद्रास्फीति दर थोक और खुदरा दोनों स्तर पांच साल में सबसे न्यून दर पर पहुंची पर अभी कुछ जिंसों के दाम आसमान छू रहे है ,उससे यही साबित होता है दाम नियंत्रण को लेकर नमो सरकार के पास भी मौलिक सोच नहीं है और इसे खेती की मौसमी परिष्ठितियो के जिम्मे छोड़ा हुआ है जो कभी भी कोई रूप ले सकता है।
अंत में बीजेपी के जीत की स्ट्रेटेजी इस बात पर निर्भर करेगी की वह जनता परिवार के परंपरागत वोटर्स को मुलायम और पप्पू यादव तथा तारिक व ओवैसी के जरिये कैसे बिखराव लाती है तथा जनता परिवार की स्ट्रेटेजी इस बात पर निर्भर करेगी वह बीजेपी के गैर यादव कुर्मी ओ बी सी वोट बैंक को तोड़ने में कैसे कामयाब होगी। -- अगर इस चुनाव में NDA की हार होती है तो मोदी को चुनावो के दौरान अपनी बेहद आक्रामक शैली जिसका वह विभिन्न चुनावो में हमेशा इस्तेमाल करते आये है उस पर दोबारा समीक्षा करने के लिए बाध्य होना पड़ेगा। दूसरी तरफ नीतीश की जीत भी उनके भविष्य के लिए शकुनदायक होगी इसकी गारंटी नहीं। ऐसा उनके राजनितिक साझेदारों के रंग ढंग से पता लगता है।

देश को जरूरत है एक मीडिया नीति और मीडिया आयोग की

बस करो मीडिआ नवीसो , इन्द्राणी मुखर्जी शीना बोरा को, बस। और भी कई गम है इस पब्लिक डोमेन में। इस चर्चा और कवरेज से न तो देश का जीडीपी बढ़ रहा है न ही भ्रष्टाचार पर कोई नकेल डल रहा है। और ना ही देश में होने वाले अनगिनत अपराधों के रोकथाम को लेकर इससे कोई बड़ी पहल दरश होने जा रही हैं। आप अपना स्पेस स्लॉट और टाइम स्लॉट क्यों बर्बाद कर रहे है। ये न कहें की इससे आपकी टीआरपी और रीडरशिप बढ़ रही है बल्कि आप इसे लोगों को मजबूरन परोस रहे है। इससे भी ज्यादा सनसनी खबर बाजार में आपको मिल सकती है। कम से कम देश के तमाम मज़लूमो , बेबसों , मेहनकतकशो , सघर्ष गाथाओं, सुसाशन और दुशाशन के दृष्टांतों , परिवर्तनगामी मसाईलो तथा व्यस्था की विरुपताओं को तो आप पनाह दे। ये भ्रम तोड़ दीजिये की देश विकसित हो चुका है और हर तरफ गुड़ी गुड़ी है तो ऐसे में चलिए आप यूरोप और पश्चिमी देश की तर्ज़ पर हाई सोसाइटी लाइफ स्टाइल की किवदंतियों , बेड रूम, बाथ रूम , वार्डरॉब , प्ले बॉय और बेबी डॉल की गुत्थियों में जाकर आप उलझे रहें। मैं यह बात एक मीडिया नवीस होकर कह रहा हूँ। मजे की बात यह है की यह विचार मेरा ही नहीं कई मीडिया नवीसो का है पर हमारे मीडिया के ट्रेंड फोलोवर और मीडिया मैनेजर ट्रेंड सेटर बनने को तैयार नहीं। इन्ही वजहों से देश को जरूरत है एक मीडिया नीति और मीडिया आयोग की. और सबसे ऊपर संविधान में चौथे खम्बे के दर्ज़े की। यही मीडिया के तमाम मर्ज़ की एकमात्र दवा है। इस दवा से पूर्ण स्वस्थ होकर मीडिया हमारे लोकतंत्र, समाज , देश और मौजूदा सिस्टम का सबसे मजबूत कारक बनकर उभर सकता है।

Delay over OROP
It is confirmed and proved also, that it was Arun Jaitley, who acted as a villain in fulfilling the OROP promise of NDA. Few days ago i was told by an agitating ex army man, who hailed from Rohtak that Jailtley is the main hindrance factor in fulfilling OROP, Modi was ready but Jailtely was not ready for this. Jailtley is doing this because he lost the Loksabha election in Amritsar because not getting support of ex army persons there, so he decided not to cooperate this cause. The yesterday's drama over its announcement proved that Jaitley is playing the foul play role in this and no body from NDA including NaMo dare to bring an amicable solution to this OROP.

The economic honeymoon period of NaMo govt. is over now. Prices have started to soar, Stock markets are on the downward trends. Growth forecasts are on slackening mode. FIIs are withdrawing and pulling their investment stock despite assurance from finance ministry regarding averting the fear of MAT and P Notes for the foreign investors. Agriculture is facing the music of drought in many parts of the country. Farmers' suicide is still continuing. Despite the tall claims of Nitin Gadkari, most of highways of the country are in dilapidated conditions. Railways is still persisting with old problems. From the states side, governance looks worst in most parts of the country.

Education policy, why not educators policy

We do discuss our education policy and system, which is go gigantic, multi faceted and three tier governance oriented, but we never discuss about our educators' system and policies related to this. The celebration of 5th Sept only exhibits some emotional rhetoric regarding our Teachers community which has got enormous publicity through President and PM participation in their celebration.

There are so many issues related with our teaching and faculty people, their eligibility, their competence, their recruitment criteria, their training and orientation courses, their salary n perks, their commitment for the profession. I think there is huge dis-uniformity in our country on all above mentioned aspects of the teaching community. We are seriously lacking quality faculties in the country. We have evolved thousands of courses, but we lack faculty for this. In the private sector, teachers are doing their work on meager salary, whereas in the Govt. even hefty pay perks can't able to engage teachers there in professional manner. Now the time has come when sector like education and health require to be managed efficiently in order to spread maximum and quality human development at affordable prices

Modi is exposed over Land Bill. If he had strong conviction regarding his amended land bill that it would have more beneficial aspects for the farmers, then why he succumbed to replace it with earlier UPA bill. It proved that Modi wanted to make his land bill more convenient and opportune to the land purchaser in comparison to its sellers.

I still believe if govt. wants to avail more and more land to the developers, then it should take resort of the concept of land bank and land pulling, which is much fair idea

politics of Reservation is not the empowerment of Backward

We as a nation need a high class policy mechanism for the upliftment of backward class. Reservation will never ever help this cause. we need a nationwide network for coaching, training, orientation centers for all the SC. ST, OBC And poor Upper class aspirants. This will empower them in real terms. We have enormous talent available among the deprived class, we only need to avail them the circumstances and opportunity. Super 30 run by Anand Kumar is prime example of this. Otherwise the haves spends lots of money over competitive coachings and so on, but the millions of backward and poor aspirants have no access to this. It is duty of govt. to avail them. I am happy some state govts. have started this kind of initiatives.
The huge tussle going on for getting space in 50 percent reserved bogey will have no better end result for anyone. It is just being done for caste politics in our caste democracy. Otherwise at the end we have to expose the hypocrisy of democratic India, which is basically a caste representative Loktantra, not a mass Loktantra?
