As I always said, in India corruption is not taken as structural issue, rather it is taken as a tool to malign others and making score over their rival. Kezri -Jetli tussle is fine example of this. Even without clarifying the corruption charges leveled against his principal secretary, Kezri jumped in the pond of Jetly's corruption. 
First and foremost Kezri is fraudest person what we have in our political arena, who is just urban edition of Lalu Yadav. But it does not mean I want one should have walk over Jetly's corruption. To my mind both must be brought under big question mark in an equal proportion.
As far as Jetlie is concerned he is that kind of people who always think that even if he has all bad things, but no one should dare to call him corrupt. Even he claims that he was honest as DDCA President, but he should reply this, how his asset shoot up just three time in such short span of period? I had written over this in one of my post very before. As far as AAP is concerned, the question is, why AAP people have raised this issue now only. why not earlier? There are two types of people who oppose reservation. First are those who hate lower castes people and they never aspire their upliftment in front of their own pelf and power. Second group of opposer is those who think that this sort of reservation does n't benefits majority of dalit and lower caste and they first need empowerment, so they oppose reservation. At the same time they think only because of upper class background, they are not availed with opportunity.

When we go through the supporter of reservation, obviously those educated lot among the dalits and OBC, who feel privileged because of this, they support, but the majority of dalit who are illiterate and who have no scope of getting the benefit of reservation, they support it only because of emotion without thinking of their self interest.
I think the Judge of Gujrat who opined about reservation, had a real good feeling. Because he knows this fact, in INDIA demand for the reservation has become an easy mode of doing politics and Hardik patel is most appropriate and recent example of this phenomenon.

Modi govt. is completing almost 19 months. On the foreign front this govt. has been proved to be extra ordinary, whereas on domestic front it has been ordinary. On the Land acquisition front and latter on over Pakistan front it took a big U Turn. On the political front it has mixed flavor from high arrogance to soberness. On the front of system change, it has been proved purely an ordinary one.
People including ruler think that merely change of Top guard(Cabinet) in the executive change the whole character of our system at large, then it is pure folly on their part. We can not blown our whole country on CHINA way. We have only hope of bringing several kind of reforms in the existing various sector of governance.

This is dance of democracy. If you are after anyone, then you can trap him or her in either way, because every person in public life have at least few lacunae in his activities and if you are not after him or her, you can not reveal his or her even having numerous and beyond measurable committing of corruption. System is not full proof, so corrupt are caught only through vendetta or the persons suffering from bad time

The followers of stereotype secular ideology as well as stereotype anti secular ideology were analyzing the so called issue of intolerance in their own way. But we opposed the persons like Aameer and Shahrukh's statements over intolerance purely on the basis of merit of their arguments. Fact was that intolerance was not there, but the politics of intolerance were definitely taking place in the country. First Supreme Court chief justice ridiculed this perception and now the good sense prevailed over Aameer and Shahrukh and now they changed their stand. Shahrukh in his interview to one tv channel, has regretted over his earlier statement given over so called intolerance.

Kezri has got new masala to come in the news light. He is very keen to project himself just opposite to PM NaMo, so he attacks PM as well as attack Rahul also. I know NaMo believes in political vendetta, but the Delhi case is different. The persuasive and irritating statement of kezri and his all intentional steps provided opportunity to the Central govt.to act against him. Govt. of Bihar and UP who are political opponent to the central govt. but they work in tandem with central govt., but Kezri has his own way, he is more interested in opposition politics rather really a doer for Delhi

On the issue of National Herald, i am not excited, rather angry over Sonia and her clan and Subramanium Swamy both. The reason of anger is that first Sonia and Rahul get perturbed over this and immediately attached it with parliament's proceeding, which shows how much this party is like sahib,rani and gulam. Thereafter, the Congress MPs acted in parliament just as charan and bhat of Nehru and Gandhi family.

Secondly i am angry over Swamy because what he has revealed the sizeof inappropriation, that does not seem mammoth one for the longest ruling family of this country. Because once Swamy had told me in an interview, that huge amount of bribe money of 2G scam taken by Sonia is deposited in Macao and very soon i will reveal it.But that was not revealed by Swamy and he is more focused over this case of National Herald saving money given from Congress party fund under the instruction of congress supremo and her son.

Nothing wrong in initiating Bullet train project with the help of Japan. One who says that our mainline railway system is full of problems, then why Bullet train? Fact is that, bringing Bullet train does not mean that govt. will make the conventional railway negligent, Both are separate thing. We should never negate any new venture by giving meaningless socialistic slogan. Remember when computer technology came, people were criticizing it on this basis, it will create unemployment, but it went other way and created new vistas of employment opportunity in the country. Same way Bullet trains and smart city will have its own path and consumer both. If Indonesia can go for bullet train, then why not India.But, it is true that the mainstream venture must be never ignored.and our railways have innumerable problems to settle on

मोदी जी और उनके अंध समर्थक मानें या ना माने, मोदी और उनकी सरकार का अहंकार जमींदोज़ हो चुका है। शुक्र है बिहार में चुनाव में मिली हार का अन्यथा उनकी सरकार के अहंकार को तो अभी पंख लग गए होते। सरकार घरेलू मोर्चे पर, पडोसी मोर्चे पर , संसदीय मोर्चे पर और राजनीतिक मोर्चे सभी पर या तो अतिशय विनम्र हो गयी है या लो कॉन्फीडेंस में दिख रही है। ये चीजे मुझे एक आईने में साफ साफ दिख रहा है ,इसीलिए लिख रहा हूँ । पर कोई भी संस्था या व्यक्ति उसके न तो अति विनम्रता और न ही अहंकारी भाव ले लिए जाने  जाना  चाहिए। समदर्शी ,समभावी और स्थितप्रज्ञ चरित्र तब आता है जब उस व्यक्ति और संस्था के पास मोरल हाई ग्राउंड हो तथा हर गतिविधि अपने सिद्धांतों और आदर्शो की कसौटी पर कसी गयी हो। आज मोदी के मुख से संसदीय प्रवचन इसीलिए शोभित नहीं हो रहा है क्योंकि उन्हें  गुजरात की विधानसभा में उपस्थित होना पसंद ही नहीं था। बल्कि लोकसभा में भी उनकी उपस्थिति यदा कदा ही दिखती है और ज्यादातर मौके पर विदेश गमन पर ही होते है।
एक परिवार के नेतृत्व में कैद रही स्वाधीनता पश्चात की कांग्रेस पार्टी के सबसे बेहतर विकल्प के रूप में बीजेपी का उभार समूचे देश में इसीलिए सुनिश्चित हुआ क्योकि यह पार्टी नैतिकता आधारित राजनीती, सामूहिक नेतृत्व, वंशवाद विरोधी, कार्यकर्ता उन्मुखी संगठन और विकेंद्रीकृत राजनीती पर आधारित थी। अब मोदी शाह की बीजेपी बिलकुल इंदिरा नी त कांग्रेस की राह पर चल रही है। बेशक हम जानते हैं की चुनावी लोकतंत्र में सुन्दर विचारो और सुझाओ की जगह कम ही होती है और चुनावी जीत और हार का सबक ही ज्यादा प्रभावी होता है।
सिस्टम में बुनियादी सुधारो की लम्बी लिस्ट है ,अगर मोदी अभी भी उसपर पूरी तल्लीनता से काम करते है तो मोदी अभी भी इतिहास में जगह बना सकते है। उनकी हेकड़ी सोशल मीडिया के अंधभक्तो को केवल गुदगुदा सकती है देश के लिए बहुत कुछ कर नहीं सकती है।

26 नवम्बर को संबिधान तिथि के बहाने संसद में हुए संविधान पर बहस में किसी ने इसका वस्तुनिष्ठ विश्लेषण नहीं किया ,बल्कि प्रधानमंत्री सहित सभी ने इसका भावनिष्ठ विश्लेषण ही किया। इस अवसर पर संसद में संविधान का कोरस तो गाया गया पर उसके बीच के कई दरारों को भरने का कही से कल्पनाशील चिंतन नहीं दर्शाया गया। मेरा कहने का मतलब यह नहीं की हमारा संविधान आदर की पात्रता नहीं रखता, बलिक दुनिया के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र के संविधान के तौर पर , दुनिया के सभी लोकतंत्र की अच्छाईयों के सर्वसमावेशी संविधान तौर पर और दुनिया के सबसे बड़े लिखित दस्तावेज के तौर पर हमारा संविधान बेहद आदर का पात्र है। पर यह मान लेना कोई भी कृति ,संस्था ,विचारधारा देश में हर हमेशा के लिए अटल सत्य है तो यह हमारी घोर नासमझी है। हर चीज देश ,काल, परिस्थिति के सापेक्ष ही सही होती है। ऐसे में हमारे संविधान निर्माताओं ने संविधान में संशोधन का प्रावधान रख कर एक बेहद दूरदर्शितापूर्ण कार्य किया।
परन्तु सबसे बड़ा प्रश्न ये है की संविधान केवल हमारे पोलिटिकल डोमेन की चीज नहीं है ,इसे हमारी बौद्धिक डोमेन के दायरे से जयादा गुजरना चाहिए। क्योंकि संविधानवाद की परिपार्टी ही बौद्धिकतावाद की ही ऐतिहासिक उपज रही है। ऐसे में संविधान के निर्धारण से लेकर संविधान के संशोधन तक केवल संविधान सभा में शामिल राजनीतिज्ञों तथा विधानमंडलों के सदस्यों के भरोसे संविधानवाद को संचालित करना हमारी इस व्यस्था से सही न्याय नहीं करता।
मिसाल के तौर पर भारत में पिछले 70 सालों में 110 के करीब जो संशोधन लए गए है वे केन्द्रीय व प्रांतीय विधानमंडलों की लम्बी स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया के तहत हुए। जबकि असल सुधारो का ड्राफ्ट हमारे राजनीतिक दलों के मार्फ़त आ ही नहीं सकता। यही वजह है की हमारे देश में राजनितिक सुधारों का एजेंडा बेहद कछुए के चाल से चला है। यही वजह है की दागी प्रतिनिधियों को चुनाव लड़ने से प्रतिबंधित करने में हमें 70 साल से ज्यादा लग गए।

भारत घोर विभिन्नताओं वाला देश है जहा पहचान के आधार पर लोकतान्त्रिक राजनीती की पूरी गुंजाइश छिपी हुई है। हमारा संविधान इन पहचानो के आधार पर राजनीती को अयोग्य नहीं ठहरा पाया है। दूसरा भारत जैसे विशाल देश में जहा प्रत्यक्ष लोकतंत्र संभव नहीं वहां प्रतिनिधिमूलक व्यस्था के लिए दलीय व्यस्था के तहत आदर्श योग्यता निर्धारित करने को लेकर कोई प्रावधान ही निर्धारित नहीं किया। तीसरा संविधान निर्मित करते समय प्रेस जैसी बड़ी और अपरिहार्य लोकतान्त्रिक संस्था के लिए कही से भी अलग प्रावधान नहीं किया गया। इसे आम लोगों की अभिवयक्ति की स्वतंत्रता के साथ ही टैग कर दिया गया। चौथा न्यायपालिका को भगवान का दर्जा दे दिया गया उसकी आलोचना को गैर कानूनी बना दिया गया। पांचवा भारत में संघवाद का अंतिम निर्धारण नहीं किया गया। यह मानकर चला गया की अनवरत समय तक अलग राज्य बनाने के लिए लोग आंदोलन करते रहेंगे और देश में नए राज्यों का निर्माण होता रहेगा।
इस तरह के अभी अनेकोनेक बिंदु है जो संविधान में बदलाव की मांग कर रह है। अभी भी अनेको सवाल ऐसे है जिसमे हमें अपने संविधान को पुनर्निर्धारित करना होगा। कई ऐसी चीजें हैं जिसके बारे में संविधान में उल्लेख तो है पर वह हमारे समक्ष दरश नहीं होता। मिसाल के तौर अवसर की समानता हमारे संविधान की प्रस्तावना में है पर अवसरों का निर्धारण वंश , पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि, राजनीतिक बैकिंग , शहरी व महानगरीय परिस्थिति , आरक्षण , सिफारिश और अपने कनेक्शन से तय हो रही है। ना समान शिक्षा नीति है ना ही एक समान बुनियादी सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता है और ना ही एक समान संवेदनशीलता का प्रदर्शन। सिस्टम अभिजात है और संविधान या तो इस मामले में उपबंध विहीन है , या तो मौन है या उसका उल्लंघन हो रहा है।
