The way Bangladesh Supreme Court buckled down itself under the pressure of Islamic zihadi and Sharia, it has proved now, ISLAM can never ever become secular. They don't have gene of secularism. Their first priority is religion and last priority is religion. We thought, lots of water has flown away into the river 'Padma' and this country has become secular now after withdrawing Islam as its official religion. But the crores of Jihadi just challenged their highest judicial authority and threaten them just back it otherwise we will make the biggest center of ISIS.

If present govt. implements reservation in private sector, it will be great step, the sector which is hugely dominated by Jugadis. Mind it there are several capable person available in deprived community and they should be given opportunity in private sector through regulation.

पुरे दुनिया के पटल पर मुझे गांधी से बड़ा ना तो कोई हिन्दू दिखता है न ही उनसे बड़ा कोई सर्वधर्म संभावी दिखता है और ना ही उनसे बड़ा इस्लामिक मान्यताओ को सम्मान देना वाला ना ही उनसे बड़ा कोई समतावादी, ना ही उनसे बड़ा अछूतोद्धारी , ना ही उनसे बड़ा मानवतावादी और ना ही उनसे बड़ा जनवादी। पर फिर भी ये सभी वादी मसलन वामपंथी , दक्षिणपंथी , मध्यमपंथी , अम्बेडकरपंथी , मनुपंथी , इस्लामपंथी , हिंदूपंथी सब के सब उनके विरोधी है। यह तो इतिहास जनता है की देश के बिभाजन से किसको सबसे ज्यादा पीड़ा हुई , पर एक बेवकूफ और उन्मादी को यह समझ नहीं आया। वह यह नहीं समझ पाया की जिस जिन्ना ने कांग्रेस के नेहरू पटेल को मजबूर कर माउन्ट बैटन से बिभाजन की रुपरेखा तैयार की उसदिन गांधी अपने जीवन का सबसे बड़ा दुःख दिवस मना रहे थे। वह यह नहीं समझ पाया इस बिभाजन का सबसे बड़ा खलनायक कौन था। गांधी माउंटबेटन से मिले पर वह अपने डेढ़ घंटे की मुलाकात के बाद इस 78 साल की उम्र में फिर जनता के बीच जाऊ , यह सोच ही रहे थे तबतक देश सांप्रदायिक दावानल में बुरी तरह से घिर चूका था। तब वह अपने मानवतावादी रोल में आ चुके थे। माउन्ट बैटन ने उनके बारे में यही कहा बुद्ध और ईशा मसीह के बाद इस दुनिया में कोई शक्श पैदा हुआ तो यह गांधी था।

जिस तरह कभी निहित स्वार्थी प्रवृति वाले दस प्रतिशत स्वर्णो को समाज के 90 प्रतिशत पिछडो के लिए अपने द्वारा काबिज राजनितिक प्रशासनिक आर्थिक अवसर छोडे जाने से बेहद गुरेज हुआ करता था। आज उसी तर्ज पर 10 प्रतिशत मलाईदार दलित पिछडो को अपने ही समुदाय के 90 प्रतिशत बेहद वंचित लोगो के लिए अवसर छोड़े जाने से बेहद गुरेज हो रहा है और अपने इस स्वार्थ रक्षा के लिए उनके द्वारा बेहूदा तर्क दिए जा रहे है। आरक्षण की समीक्षा का मतलब आरक्षण हटाना कहा से हो गया ? अगर समीक्षा नहीं होगी तो 90 प्रतिशत बेहद वंचित लोग वंचित ही रहेंगे। आरक्षण सेएक बार आईएएस एमपी एमएलए बने व्यक्ति के बेटे को दोबारा क्यों आरक्षण मिलना चाहिए? आप ही के समुदाय में कई लोग अवसर की तलाश में बैठे है। उनके लिए तो छोड़िये। सामाजिक न्याय का असल तकाजा यही कहता है.

अगर समीक्षा नहीं होगी तो देश की जनजातियों को मिलने वाला कुल साढ़े सात प्रतिशत आरक्षण का 90 फीसदी हिस्से पर मीणा जाती हमेशा काबिज बनी रहेगीै। वही गुजर जाती पिछड़ी होते हुए उनकी सरकारी नौकरियों मौजूदगी ना के बराबर है। ऐसे और कई मिसाल है। अगर समीक्षा नहीं होगी तो यह वंचित दलित पिछडो के साथ घोर अन्याय होगा।

इस बात की काट के लिए तर्क यह खोजा गया है की निर्धारित आरक्षित सीटें नहीं भर पाती है इसीलिए मलाईदार तबके को आरक्षण मिलते रहने चाहिए । यह तो स्वर्णपरस्त प्रशानिक संरचना की चाल है की वह कोई न कोई खोट लगाकर अपने षड़यंत्र रचते रहते है और आरक्षित तबके को अवसरों से वंचित रखते है । मै जानता हूँ की दलित पिछड़े तबके में भी ढेरो योग्य और बेरोजगार लोग है, फिर भी उनकी सीटें सीट नहीं भर पाती है।

ऐसे ही साजिश निजी स्कूलों द्वारा किया जाता है जिन्हे जमीन से लेकर तमाम कर रियायतें सरकार से इसलिए मिलती है क्योंकि उन्हें अपने 25 फीसदी सीटें गरीब तबके के लिए रखनी है। पर आकड़ो के मुताबिक केवल 13 फीसदी सीटें ही भरी गयी है। जाहिर है इसकी प्रक्रिया ऐसी बनाकर रखी गयी है की गरीब अभिभावक अपने बच्चो के एड्मिसन के लिए दर दर की ठोकरे खाते फिरै और अंत में कही और दाखिला लें।

अब समय आ गया है की देश में आरक्षण केवल एक बार और दूसरा सभी आरक्षित सीटें हर हाल में भरे जाने की गारंटी, दोनों पहल बिलकुल एकसाथ लागू किया जाये। ऐसी सूरत में किसी स्वार्थी तत्व के लिए कुतर्को की कोई गुंजाइश ही नहीं बचेगी।

PM Namo says corruption is big danger for the country, But he does not believe in making institutional arrangement for this. The Lokpal bill became Act in Dec 13, but still not promulgated, so it has not been yet instituted. PM NaMo did not appoint Lokayukta during his chiefministership in Gujrat for more than 8 years. So it clearly shows he does not believe in anti corruption institutions. Perhaps he feels, his alone chowkidari is enough.

It is rejoicing that PM NaMo and Bihar CM Nitish showed cordiality to each other. It was heartening to see NaMo appreciated the governance skill of Nitish Kumar. I welcome the move of Bangladesh Govt. to withdraw Islam as its official religion, means the country is again marching towards secularism. I am very amazed the sizable no. of India Muslim population did not comment anything over this. They should welcome it and must also say that Pak must also do like this. After all you always say about danger over secularism in India, which is already secular and there is legal partiality over any matter, rather separate personal law is available for them. So, it was your moral duty to praise the recent move of Bangladesh.

When I found many articles praising kanyaiya's speech, i go through the speech of Kanhaiya on youtube.

After watching his speech i found his conviction regarding left ideology is very strong, which used to be found in most of the youth intellectuals in quite obvious manner.

But when he will become matured and if he continued his intellectual honesty, he would find partisan politics is not the perfect and final solution of all fundamental issues, which he is raising about.

partisan politics is always full of tactics, strategy , hypocrisy and several other gimmicks in which all party are indulged. one who lacks in this, he get himself behind in the race. Right now all parties looks same, there is no actual difference between them. The real solution lies in fundamental change in several system we have and it is neither been talked by any parties. The constitution which he is praising highly, is not perfect. He should know this, our political impurity is persisting because of constitutional defects

But finally i feel, it is very sad a student unionist behaves in manner of politicians sitting in opposition. If JNU episode was really planed by any Hindutva wing, as Kanhaiya alleges, they should be thoroughly punished and if Smriti is really trying to lift scholarship given to the students, that is highly condemnable. Smriti Irani' s role in Rohit case was condemn able.

But Smriti's episode is not synonymous to Modi's all work and his launched schemes. If it is called so, it will absolutely untrue. Kanhaiya is immatured at present, he should know this fact the all problem the common men of the country are facing, it is because of corrupt bureaucracy, the institution over which all socialist and left idelogies hugely bank upon, but the competitive politics always ignore this. the way critique of Modi quoting Kanhaiya as parallel to him, is just ridiculous and it shows their frustration gone at such level, when they forget how a correct comparison is being made between two people

Smriti Irani says, vehicle that hit biker, not part of her convoy crossing over Agra express highway. This statement shows how much insensitive she is. The daughter of victim openly ask for rescue help from her,because she is VIP, but the minister replied her, '' not now, latter on..... Smriti Irani is after all a public figure, a national minister, had she helped her father's cause, her sensibilities might have been highly appreciated. But, rather expressing repent over this accident, she is giving clarification over this.
This lady is not only insensitive, but highly arrogant.also. the fact is that media and opposition both attacked over her first for getting high profile ministry even without winning LS seat and even having much experience of administration, this criticism has made Smriti highly reactive.
PM Modi terms her speech in Loksabha the symbol of ''satyamev jayte''. it is highly disappointing remark by him. Smriti may be a good orator in Hindi and English, but by intention she is not honest and humble and her speech always containing retaliating and being expressed in reactive manner. Why she did not offer her head before Mayavati, when her statement was already found wrong.

It seems before Kanhaiya kumar, in India, no government was doing anything at all for poor and no intellectual/pol. activists were thinking over poverty.

Actually, It is all about well thought out stage drama which has become surety to be covered by present generation of clown media. This sort of thing produced kezri and kanhaiya before us. O follish people, if some specific ideologies have really some patent of curing poverty and corruption, then your CPM would have abolish poverty and unemployment for ever in west Bengal.

JNU is a fromal kind of university where various kind of subject/discipline are being studied and researched, it is not a platform for the upcoming politician to be launched. If someone has really aspiration to become politician, he should either start it through conventional manner by doing dharna/demonstration or joining some pol. parties or if he want to get it in innovative manner, he should study courses of ''public leadership'', but it should not be allowed in the campuses of formal universities/colleges. absolutely not...it spoils the career of many serious students, who want to make their career in the field of creativity. the way the various student unions are following their parent political line, it is shocking. it is not even going to produce a healthy generation of upcoming politicians.
First, student politics must be not allowed, if it is allowed it must be strictly for campus problems like quality of faculty, student amenities, employment and education policies. If you are really concerned for the youth, think about the millions of youth, who can n't even afford preliminary study and go to remote places for earning their bread butter. think about the high capitation fee, think about the fake degrees, think about the commercialization of education, think about the various facilities of student which become prey to the corrupt people.
