I want to know, which one is more dangerous, the defects at beginning or devils at the end. If the root is ok, then the stem and leaves will be okay. Same things apply with the corruption and black money. Corruption is committed, hence black money is created. Recently Bank of Baroda was reported to be deporting 6,000 crore black money to Hong kong. It means despite lots of measure, taken by MOF,corruption is being committed in the country through various ways, so disclosure is not there and that money, which becomes black money and that is being caught in its foreign flight mode through banking network.
Fact of the matter is that we have innumerable corruption occurring in the country and so in outcome we have black money. So better to cleanse the system through various reform measures before talking anything about black money.
