In parliamentary democracy like us, legislature is supreme only in principle, in real term, it is executive, which play all the shots. Despite the separation of power principle, it is executive which sets the tone and temperament of other three organ legislature, Judiciary and Media. This is the reason,, the supreme court chief justice pointing out the Judicial ill preparedness in the country and expecting big initiative on behalf of top executive PM.
We have a number off issue to be addressed in judiciary and it has to be look after by executive only.. So the case of Media also.
Our whole media of country has got factionalized. Political party may be feeling happy with their supporter media organisation and media people and feeling animosity with the opposer media org. and media people. Is this a good scenario for our Media? Media can not become spokesman for the respective political party, it should always have to be neutral, objective and pleader for the public onlyyy
