The way people are analyzing the issue arisen over the growing opposition of Gajendra Chauhan's appointment, as the director FTI, Pune, it is pathetic. It is not a question of rivalries between the ideologies and partisan thinking and backing. The issue is that of quality and deservance of the person. But our system act always on the other way. The thing is that on most of the appointment, the party in power always display its whims and discretionary power. Since we do not have fully defined and full prof system on many things including the appointments over many institutions and organisations, so the party chooses its flag bearer or supporter for this. They do not follow the propriety of the things. Gajendra has not been a very famous film personality, so he is facing opposition. BJP must follow it's mentor L K Adviani's statement, who once said over all big appointments we must be following only constitutional way
