Toothless CVC And Reckless Govt
This is irony of our system, most of things are for the formality and for filling the box. See, the CVC ,one of the major anti graft agency which is constituted for registering the cases of corruption against the bureaucracy, This CVC is completely lacking manpower, branch offices and nationwide network for meeting out the all reported cases of corruption.One must know, this agency is almost toothless, not as powerful as CBI, has received 82 thousand cases this year but it isunable to address them. The things is that reporting of cases of corruption has gone up by 82 percent this year, which is a good sign. I think in this country where 1 crore central bureaucrats are there, the occurrence of corruption ratio might be definitely many times more than this of which only fraction is being reported out. But if we don't have adequate and well equipped institution to respond them, then it a matter of grave concern. That is why people start demanding for the institution like LOKAPL
