AAP Govt. raised its publicity Budget 10 times more,but cut the size of independence day advt. by half from 825 Sq.CM to 413 Sq.CM,means this budget hike was just for spending over propaganda of Arvind Kezriwal not for goodwill or dissemination of information of NCT Govt. of Delhi
