Modi again repeated his old rhetoric in UK. India is not the country of some 2 crore NRIs and Modi is not the leader of these NRI only. India is a country basically of 100 crore ruralite, so he must devote his 70 percent time over there. If he really want to turnaround India, he should work hugely for the restructuring and supervising whole system thoroughly ie. political, economic, administrative....etc..
