I am happy that one of the good agent of good governance, Nitish would be again CM of Bihar, but equally I am sad that person like Laloo and his dynasty will again play their shots in the governance of Bihar. This fellow has thrown Bihar in the backburner. In the name of social justice,only one caste will be ruling Bihar, which has more than 25 percent MLAs. Is this social justice? innumerable caste has no representation in assembly, but this social justice has brought it in the parity of party like congress, which has once more than 50 percent of MPs belong to one caste
