From India's perspective, it is very sad that Indo Nepal relation has come on such a lower level. Last year PM Modi delivered a wonderful speech over there, since then we had hope of a better relation, but that has rather deteriorated a lot. Nepal says that India wants it say in Nepal's constitution making,but India is sad over the negligence of Madheshi's in new regime and constitutional system.
