• same burearucracy, same baboo, same files, same vehicles and same way to dispose work in the offices, but the things are going very fast, rather my bureaucracy is two step ahead of me, this is the statement of our PM NaMo at ''Make In India'' inauguration campaign. 
• I don't agree at all with this statement. Bureaucrats are never ever bad to their political master. they are bad to the people for whom work has to be delivered. Businessmen are demanding make in India campaign would be successful only when we have a labour reform in the country, in the same way governance would be successful, only when we have new personnel reform in the country, but NaMo govt. is not ready for this, what his statement is saying. but anyway NaMo agreed that state has a very key role in implementing any campaign. it is absolutely true. since NaMo has been CM of a state, so he has experience of it. in the same manner he does not know how a common people generally suffer with the bureaucracy in the present set up of governance
