i become very amazed when i find profession of lawyers and Judge both having same law education and degree. the lawyer profession is for the sake of championing the cause of partiality whereas the Judge's profession call for championing the cause of impartiality, so under these realities, how a same education, degree and experience holder persons usually do totally contrast profession of lawyer and Judge. can we have separate education curriculum for the both profession. what do you think over that —
