The way Bangladesh Supreme Court buckled down itself under the pressure of Islamic zihadi and Sharia, it has proved now, ISLAM can never ever become secular. They don't have gene of secularism. Their first priority is religion and last priority is religion. We thought, lots of water has flown away into the river 'Padma' and this country has become secular now after withdrawing Islam as its official religion. But the crores of Jihadi just challenged their highest judicial authority and threaten them just back it otherwise we will make the biggest center of ISIS. 
I think the day, ISLAM will ban Madarsa, it will be rejuvenation day for this religion and then they will give humanity and progress their top priority
