I think there should be no doubt in the two nation theory believer's mind now that formation of Pak on the basis of religion was greatest blunder in all time history of mankind. Read about any book written neutrally over Partition of India, you will find the religious cannibalism which started at that time, that is still continuing in Pakistan. At that time there was tussle between Hindu and Muslim and between Muslim and Sikh,
But now within one religion, a theological war is going on, who is sufferer?
There are some people in India also, who think if india were a rashtra for Hindu only, it would have been better. Mind it, then you also have had a continuous caste war over your land.
So finally secularism and identity less politics is most suitable system for any caste community creed ridden society.
I still feel People of pakistan are great, but problem lies with their ruling regime and several Tanzims. The people who keep dying there, it is not loss of a country, Pakistan or a religion, it is loss to the humanity.
One of the all time greatest man on this earth, Gandhi was shocked to see the partition riot in 1947, the man who had become target of both the community in their gross confusion and misconception. The man ultimately pacified the burning Kolkata, but could not access himself with the Punjab riots. Had Gandhi's idea prevailed in India from the period between March 47 to July 47, the humanity of undivided India had a different shape
