I have been always of the view that CAG reports are the benchmark of the good governance. Modi govt. was claiming that it ensured coal block auctioning in fair manner, but the CAG reports proved that nothing is perfect in our system. Modi's govt. initiatives might have been better than UPA, but it was not guarantee that this initiative have had no hidden agenda to benefit corporates in either way.
