What we assume about PM NaMo is that he is very hard working person. Even NaMo himself says that even my opponents accept this that i am a very hard working person.At his red fort speech NaMo said that he is ready to work more, because he is the head servant of the country. But his state CM Anandi Ben Patel has another idea on this. She has said in her interview published in today's TOI that Keshu Bhai Patel was extremely hard working person. Comparing Modi with him Gujrat CM says that NaMo is system maker, he believes in making the set up of governance, that is why she finds Gujrat very easy to govern.
personally i rate this quality more what Anandi has mentioned about NaMo. I am always of the view the good governance means the making of system, a full proof and disposable system, considering every point coming before this. A PM or CM works very hard in order to making of a system, then it is ok, otherwise 24 hour simple working of PM or CM does not guarantee good governance to be achievable
