new suggestion to the Modi govt

 I m giving a new suggestion to the Modi govt that is just to scrap the new agni... scheme and replace it with a new national recruitment drive for all the vacant 9 lakhs posts sheer on a contract and productivity basis and also convert all working govt. employees on a new contract basis

But before doing this govt. must conduct thorough employment and unemployment audit/survey of the country. This move will not affect the kitty of govt as well as it will spread the feeling of uniformity amongst all citizenry. We need not only a uniform civil code but also uniform labor and employment policy all over the country.

If Modi has the guts

 If Modi has the guts, then he must convert all the govt. employees as agnipathic, otherwise your scheme has been crafted to exploit the huge no. of unemployed youths in the country. These youths also have the dream to do a life-term job like erstwhile regular govt. Employees.

The motive is first to be free from the financial burden and second to spread the feeling of army patriotism.

I think those who were singing the chorus of nationalism in a very louder tone, they must join this job in order to better justify their ideology.

This scheme does not create a level playing field in the job market.
